About FAM
FAM was founded by Kim Pham, a Vietnamese entrepreneur with a Master’s degree in English and over nine years of experience living in Europe. Her unique perspective bridges two vibrant worlds — the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam and the artisanal excellence of Portugal and wider Europe. Our mission is to champion ethical, small-scale artisans in the Algarve and across Portugal, helping them grow their businesses and share their products with international markets. With Kim’s deep understanding of both European and Asian cultures, we also create opportunities for trade between Vietnam and Europe, opening doors for unique, high-quality goods to travel in both directions. At FAM, every product tells a story — of craft, tradition, and the people behind it.
